Our Classes
With consideration for the different ages and abilities of our students, our school is divided into three classes and four levels. To ensure that each student receives care and instruction that fits his or her needs, students are not divided simply by grade level or set criteria, but rather based on individual developmental level. As a general guideline, most students are put together with children of their age level, as shown below. Decisions to advance students to higher-level classes are made on the basis of biannual skill assessments and parent teacher conferences.
Missy Mouse Class: 2~3 years old, 3~5 days a week, half or full day.

Children over 2 years of age enter the program at the Missy Mouse stage. This is a small class with a maximum of 10 children, one classroom teacher and one assistant teacher.
Children who are apart from their mothers for the first time will receive plenty of individual warm attention and care from the teachers helping them to adjust to the new environment and routines at school.
Robby Rabbit Class: 3~4 years old, 3~5 days a week, full day.
Robby Rabbit program is for 3 and 4 year old children in their second year at Beanstalk International School. At this age they are improving co-ordination, beginning to combine ideas and learning more about themselves and each other.
Our teachers provide plenty of individual attention to support each child's unique needs. Our comprehensive curriculum introduces language arts, math, science, social studies, music, art and physical education.
Deedee Deer Class: 4~6 years old, 4~6 years old, full day.
The Deedee Deer program is a 2 year comprehensive program for children aged 4 to 6 years old who have completed the one-year Robby Rabbit program or the equivalent level.
At this age the students are ready to take more responsibility, can accept the basics of social play and complete much more complex tasks. The classes are small to allow language arts and math lessons to be tailored to meet each child's needs. Children enjoy and are motivated by the individual attention.
Although the program is quite academic, the teachers conduct their classes in a playful and enjoyable manner incorporating music and movement into every curriculum area. The teachers are aware that this is an important time in a child's life and strive to develop a love of learning in their students.
